I recently had an interview where they led with, "We have unlimited vacation!" A little later, they stressed the "unlimited vacation" but said, "We call it responsible vacation." That was the red flag. When a company calls "unlimited vacation" something like "responsible vacation," they mean any vacation taken will be scrutinized and used against you in the future.
