I really enjoyed your article. The only part I disagreed with was your reason for holding back information. In my experience, you should hold back information that will be difficult (and often unnecessary) for the person you are mentoring to understand. You should be willing to share any knowledge you have. You got here by learning from others and you should be willing to help others succeed.
